The Carver 38 was popular model during her production years, is built on a conventional low-dead- rise hull with balsa-cored hull sides, a wide beam, and a large Flybridge has a single captains chair and large companion bench seating forward of the helm. The bridge is covered with a Sunbrella canvas Bimini with a full enclosure. The aft cockpit can accommodate a few deck chairs and double doors invite you into the main salon. There are double berths in both staterooms with ensuites. A full sized dinette is opposite a well functioning galley, and is a few steps down from the salon level. It can convert into a double berth.
